If you want to return or exchange your Red Wing boots:

Please note the 14 day returns policy is being extended until the 15th of January 2025 to cover christmas gift purchases 

We’ll issue you a full refund as long as your boots or shoes are sent back to us within 14 days and they haven’t been worn outside of your home and are in a resalable condition in the original packaging.

Please note, for any returns you’ll have to cover the cost of postage back to our store. Once your return has reached us, we’ll look to process your refund or send out your exchange item as soon as possible. 

If your size is not available anymore, we will contact you by email via which you can choose another item or a refund. The overall expected time for an exchange can be up to 7 working days from us receiving the item.
