If you wish to return or exchange your Red Wing boots:

We will issue you a full refund as long as your boots or shoes are sent back to us within 14 days and they haven’t been worn and are in a resalable condition in the original packaging.

Please note, for any returns you’ll have to cover the cost of postage back to our store. Once your return has reached us, we’ll look to process your refund or send out your exchange item as soon as possible. 

If your size is not available we will contact you by email via which you can choose another item or a refund.
